Mainsheet Controls 2016
Copernicus has an 8:1 4:1 mainsheet system, which use to be attached to a car on the mainsheet track just aft of the cockpit. But we found with the freestanding mast, the car did not move form the mid point; no need for the track or car. And we also had it on jam cleats, which were at times hard to release when under heavy load (read strong winds). So Bryan designed and built a control system using line clutches for the main sheet and threw in the preventor controls as well. Sorry I did not get a picture of the before for comparison. New setup works a treat!
