The 1st...President's Day, stat holiday every 6 years, when the newly elected president steps into office. We connected up with some birders who showed us some of their close by favorite places; road sides, driving range, etc. they know the local species as well so it was a great intro, though we've seem lots of birds since coming to Mexico. As usual, I leave the bird pictures to Bryan.
