Día de la Independencía

September 15 is Independence Day for many of the countries in Central America. In 1821, after the defeat of the Spaniards in the Mexican War of Independence, the authorities representing Central America declared their independence as well.

One of the celebration events in San Isidro De El is the parade in the morning. Kids drumming, twirling, dancing for their friends and family on the sidelines.
