Sea of Cortez Summer Fall 2012

After scoring an AC unit, gratis, we headed to the sea. We were told it would be hot there, but better than Mazatlán and more out of the way of hurricanes. Well, true..... But it was still very hot with thunder storms and wind.

    Bahía Aqua Verde July 2012 Woke up to see a wake of black vultures on the cardón cactus. Did they know something we didn't? That little Islet was great for snorkeling. Lots of big rocks to support a huge variety of sea life...... I wish I had an underwater camera to show you what was below the surface.
    Bahía Aqua Verde July 2012 One side of the bay was a rock wall going up quite high. The villagers keep goats, here are 3 of them. The tienda in the village sell goat cheese.
